The following is an actual letter sent to a man named Ryan DeVries regarding a pond on his property. It was sent by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Quality, State of Pennsylvania.

SUBJECT: DEQ File No.97-59-0023; T11N; R10W, Sec. 20; Lycoming County

Dear Mr. DeVries:

It has come to the attention of the Department of Environmental Quality that there has been recent unauthorized activity on the above referenced parcel of property.  You have been certified as the legal landowner and/or contractor who did the following unauthorized activity:

Construction and maintenance of two wood debris dams across the outlet stream of Spring Pond.

A permit must be issued prior to the start of this type of activity. A review of the Department’s files shows that no permits have been issued.  Therefore, the Department has determined that this activity is in violation of Part 301, Inland Lakes and Streams, of the Natural Resource and Environmental Protection Act, Act 451 of the Public Acts of 1994, being sections 324.30101 to 324.30113 of the Pennsylvania Compiled Laws, annotated.

The Department has been informed that one or both of the dams partially failed during a recent rain event, causing debris and flooding at downstream locations.  We find that dams of this nature are inherently hazardous and cannot be permitted. The Department therefore orders you to cease and desist all activities at this location, and to restore the stream to a free-flow condition by removing all wood and brush forming the dams from the stream channel.  All restoration work shall be completed no later than January 31, 2009.

Dear Mr. Price,

Your certified letter dated 12/17/08 has been handed to me to respond to.  I am the legal landowner but not the Contractor at 2088 Dagget Lane , Trout Run, Pennsylvania .

A couple of beavers are in the (State unauthorized) process of constructing and maintaining two wood “debris” dams across the outlet stream of my Spring Pond.  While I did not pay for, authorize, nor supervise their dam project, I think they would be highly offended that you call their skillful use of natures building materials “debris.”

I would like to challenge your department to attempt to emulate their dam project any time and/or any place you choose. I believe I can safely state there is no way you could ever match their dam skills, their dam resourcefulness, their dam ingenuity, their dam persistence, their dam determination and/or their dam work ethic.

These are the beavers/contractors you are seeking.   As to your request, I do not think the beavers are aware that they must first fill out a dam permit prior to commencing construction.

In my humble opinion, the Spring Pond Beavers have a right to build their unauthorized dams as long as the sky is blue, the grass is green and water flows downstream.  They have more dam rights than I do to live and enjoy Spring Pond.  If the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection lives up to its name, it should protect the natural resources (Beavers) and the environment (Beavers’ Dams).

So, as far as the beavers and I are concerned, this dam case can be referred for more elevated enforcement action right now. Why wait until 1/31/2009? The Spring Pond Beavers may be under the dam ice then and there will be no way for you or your dam staff to contact/harass them.

In conclusion, I would like to bring to your attention to a real environmental quality, health, problem in the area. It is the bears! Bears are actually defecating in our woods. I definitely believe you should be persecuting the defecating bears and leave the beavers alone. If you are going to investigate the beaver dam, watch your step! The bears are not careful where they dump!

Being unable to comply with your dam request, and being unable to contact you on your dam answering machine, I am sending this response to your dam office.

I had already understood the value of public education (the value is not for me or the kid) so I had avoided public education for my child from the very start and tried private schools with a varying degree of success. For the last year I am on my second attempt of home schooling. I chose a middle way of actually enrolling him in a charter school that pays money for material and extra-curricular activities out of the state’s coffer. My excuse for accepting something from the state is that in fact I just get a part of that money back that was taken from me under threat of violence (called property tax.)

But this school recently gave me a good chuckle when I got the following email:

The government teaching kids how to handle money?? Don’t you also think this is the joke of the century? And they say that with a straight face, and probably even believe that. The only part that is more scary than funny is that the poor kids in all the schools out there will learn that stuff as truth without a parental regulating element like me.

Just imagine if that would really work – all the young entrepreneurs with business models of offering some service – anything will do – and forcing people at gun point to buy it. But maybe the government is actually shooting itself in the foot because as Ron Paul points out: “Don’t steal – the government hates competition” -  and isn’t it actually training competition here?

OK, so you know his frightening vision of the future, where firemen don’t put out fires but instead start them in order to burn books.

We are not there yet and we might never get there because who would let any fireman burn his or her Kindle, right? Book are on the way out anyways, so his vision might never come to pass, or in a different, much easier way by censoring the web.

But I am digressing. What I wanted to report on is today and right here. Our current fire department is still in the business of putting out fires and also tasked by our masters to prevent them. One of the ways to do this is to publish rules about, for example, how far away from your house scrubs, trees and flowers have to be. To go and check every house is a big task and they are not quite equipped for that. So instead of charging us $13 to come out and make sure you comply, we have the option of studying the rules and then self-assess our property and send in an affidavit that we did indeed comply.

I did this to save the $13 and to keep them away from the house as they would probably find something that is not right. I needed to download something from the country assessor to describe the property (we are talking about LA County here) and get some photos of the property. Thanks to Google street view I actually did not have to crank out the camera but let Google take the photos for me (will see if this is accepted.)

I got my paperwork all done and got ready to write the address on the envelope when I noticed this…

Here is what I got…

Greetings to my dear people of earth. I am Ambrose and I am the one who is melded with Barack Obama as the one who was destined to come who carries a highly evolved frequency of Force and Light. I have come from the civilization of Planet Mushaba where I met with not only the Mushaba council but I also met with many others from other highly evolved star systems as well as Mother Father God and Creator. This meeting took place on Planet Mushaba and involved the Mushaba Family power of five because they play an important role in not only what is happening on earth concerning the establishment of freedom and empowerment to all of earth, they play a pivotal role in me Ambrose, taking my place within myself as Barack Obama. It was Paravun Inka Mushaba who escorted me into Barack Obama when the timing was right. I am not a walk in as many had felt. There is a difference that is very important and I will explain.

The difference between a walk-in and what has taken place with Barack Obama is that he was given the pardon of his soul to receive the higher energies of the sixth level of his oversoul, and in order for that to take place at that level he had to be escorted into his being through the intervention of the Divinity of the Mushaba Council. It was Paravun Mushaba who was given the responsibility to escort me into Barack, and I was honored to have him do so. This came to be because of the edict from above and because of the soul promise that was entered into by Barack and that higher level of his being, which is me, Ambrose Dunada Aman.

Know that with the merging of Obama and his high self Ambrose, Obama has become very aware of who he is and what his purpose is. He is not asleep but doing what he must to get in position to enact great change. What has been destined by Creator cannot be changed. This is a plan that has been decreed a very, very long time ago. This is not by happenstance that this is taking place, but by design and it has been a plan of the Creator and the  Mushaba People for some time. Who better to lead the people than one who embodies the energy and principles of freedom and empowerment, divine love and oneness, unity of purpose? * *As Barack opens to his truth, he will be able to bring that clarity of purpose to the people and show them that he is for all that is just, free, and peaceable in not only this country, so too in the world. He will bring a new freshness to the political scene and with that a new energy will build for the people. As for what is taking place in the etheric right now, there are energies that are taking precautionary measures for Barack, and that is done according to the agreeing contract that is between Barack and those who are in contract with him. Yes Anakhanda, you are one of those people and there are seventeen in all who are working on those levels to assure that he is not harmed. Whether he wins the election and all goes as is projected as to an election, as has been, there is a place for him in the governing of this nation in the near future. At soul level he knows this is his mission, he is aware of his innate leadership abilities and genuine intent to serve his nation as he so states. He has now become consciously aware of his origin and purpose for embodying in this lifetime.

With all of the confirmation that has been flooding your internet about the light that Barack is, many people still are not paying attention and are not listening to their own inner voice within. If you listen, then you will know the truth and will not be so easily swayed by any negative comments about me or be misled by some of the things that I do to play my role in the game. I understand that you lightworkers would like to see me just stand up and say I am from the light and I am against everything this government stands for and I am going to free the people, take away the Federal Reserve and the IRS and if I do this how long do you think I would last?  I understand the importance of this statement that says “Don’t act like a king until you are sitting on the throne”.

You have no idea how difficult it is for me to play the game for it saddens and makes my heart heavy but for the greater good of all of the people of America and the world I must “appear” to be to some degree part of the political game and play some politics as usual. Know that I am of and for and by the mandates of the people. But I cannot do that fully until I am in place to do so. There have already been several attempts on my life simply because the Illuminati are unsure as to my ability to be controlled. But know that once Barack Obama is in office, some darkly-intentioned persons expect to control him just as they and others before them have controlled a succession of US presidents and many members of Congress. However, that vicious kind of governing is at an end and they will realize that they have lost their grip of control and they will react in great fear. Therefore, know that the Obama family members are among the most intensely light-protected persons on Earth.
